What are “The Bars”?
Access Bars®, created by Gary Douglas (founder of Access Consciousness), involves the activation of 32 points or “Bars” around the head by light touch. Each Bar stores the electromagnetic component of all thoughts ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything relating to the Bar. Each Bar is associated with different aspects of one’s life, such as healing, awareness, creativity, ageing, money, the body and more.
What does a Bars session do?
By touching each Bar or a combination of Bars, the solidified thoughts, feelings, and emotions associated with that aspect of your life that no longer serve you can get released. At worst you will feel relaxed as though you’ve had a great massage, at best you will start to see a change in your life.
What can you expect after receiving the Bars?
Frequently reported, people experience a great sense of peace and being less reactive to situations which had upset them in the past. Anyone who is willing to lie still for an hour or so can benefit from having a Bars session.
My experience with Access Bars
The first time I had a session I thought I didn’t notice much apart from feeling extremely relaxed but by a couple of days later I noticed that I felt very happy and wanted other people to be able to experience change and so I became an Access Bars Certified Practitioner. After having my Bars run regularly I noticed a great deal of change and it was building with each session. It isn’t about what you do in a session, it’s about Access Bars changing the energy of how you are functioning in life that allows for change to show up for you. I notice when I’m feeling out of sorts that I can’t wait to get my Bars run because afterwards I feel the same as I would following a 90 minute yoga class, I’m able to breathe and there’s a sense of space around me.
