Created by Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness, Access Bars™ involve the activation of 32 points or ‘bars’ around the head by light touching. Each bar stores the electromagnetic component of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that you have ever had, and each one relates to an individual bar. Each bar is associated with different aspects of your life, such as healing, awareness, creativity, ageing, money, and the body.
By touching each bar or a combination of bars, the solidified thoughts, feelings, and emotions associated with that aspect of your life that no longer serve you are able to be released. I was talking to someone recently who told me quite definitely that the law of attraction didn’t work; they had decided that because they had asked for a sum of money to turn up by a certain day and it didn’t arrive that this was perfect proof. Law of attraction needs a little more than a question for it to turn up. There are many who attract by default which means they’re not awarely attracting. Asking the question is only part of the law of attraction but how you feel is an even greater part of the successful outcome. How you think and how you feel equals your reality. What do I mean by this? It’s simple, if you want a sum of money but you don’t actually think you’ll ever get it, that’s exactly what the outcome will be, you won’t attract the money. Or maybe you’re looking to attract a shiny brand new car but in the back of your mind you worry about the tax and insurance and petrol costs then this is the message that you’ll be putting out and that will result in no new car showing up. If instead you imagine, how you will feel when you’re driving your brand new car and that’s what you focus on then everything will conspire to help you achieve your desire.

Making changes in your life is easier than you may have thought possible
I was chatting with a friend recently about our ability to change. I have personally found this can be as quick and easy as you want it to be. You just have to make the decision of what goal you’d like to achieve. For instance if you have a lot of stress in your life and would rather be experiencing peace and calm, you could say, learn to meditate, or decide to learn to swim or take up yoga. What would happen then is that while you are learning the new discipline, the new pathways are being built by sending electrical and chemical messages to different areas of the brain. The more you use these new pathways the stronger they get and when you’re sending all of your energy that way the result is that there is less and less energy going towards the stress and anxiety, then over time the pathways which were feeding the stress will be starved of any input and get much weaker until eventually you notice that you’re no longer having the panic attacks. If you don’t use it you lose it, so why not make a start today on losing some stress and anxiety?
